Publication of Learning Notes – Anonymous LCSPR 01/07/2021

The briefing below summarises key learning and recommendations identified in a Local Child Safeguarding Practice Review (LCSPR) recently completed in Sandwell. The decision was taken not to publish the CSPR in full to protect the identity and emotional wellbeing of the surviving young person, however there is key learning for partner agencies.  Published 1st July 2021

The SCSP are able to share the learning from two SCRs which are completed but cannot be published in full at this stage due to competing parallel proceedings. The National Panel have agreed for SCSP to share the Learning Notes. Please use the Learning Notes to reflect on and inform your own practice.
